Can't provide any kind of service

This company has the most unreliable system & I can't even begin with the customer service that is not existent. I have been struggling with this system since last year. The remote broke on Saturday & no-one phoned me. Who can I speak to that can listen & does not come with a side order of attitude too............................the phone numbers on the website is like the system & customer service, does not work...........................
