CANT EVEN CANCEL AN EXPIRED CONTRACT

Netstar is the most pathetic service provider ever. Their centre agents are so rude. I have sent an email on 7 October 2020 to cancel the contract mind you , the contract expired in 2019, todate no response and debit still goin out. i try calling them as soon as they hear cancellation, they cut the call on you this has happened 3 times now. dont bet on them keeping your valuables safe!!!!
