Cannot get my account closed!

After numerous attempts i still cannot get my account closed with Tracker!!!

I have sent them 16 cancellation emails and nothing happened and no one responded. Now i am hassled by a company stating that i owe Tracker money. I already bought myself out of the contract beginning of the year. They just keep on debbetting my account!!!

I am so fed up with the level of incompatance at Tracker. They are very quick to sell but after that you stuck with them.
