Cannot close my contract

I have contacted Netstar several times to cancel my subscription/contract. Usually I can't get hold of them, and the few times I did they assured me my contract has been cancelled. Yet very month the debit order is still going off my account.

Never use them as a provider, they give terrible service and are the absolute worst in customer service
