Cannot cancel Netstart Go service

<p>I decided to try the Netstar Go service when i got my Netstar tracker installed. after not using the account for a while i decied to cancel it January 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was infromed I would see the charges stopped from march 2017, this did not happen I have been calling again trying to get this cancelled over the phone and am assured the cancellation is processed each time. I have asked if i get email confirmation of the cancellation to which i get mixed answers but have never seen an email confirmation</p> <p> </p> <p>this is now 6 months down the line since i started trying to cancel the service and still no luck.</p> <p>Trying to call their call center today but keep getting engaged tone</p>
