CANCELLED TRACKING DEVICE BUT DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTED
On the 15th July 2021 I cancelled my contract with Netstar and this was the email received: Please be advised that all cancellations are subject to a 30-day notice period. If a debit order is unpaid / is returned, it will be re-submitted on the 1st of the same month.
WHY IS MY TRACKING DEVICE CANCELLED? If anything had happened who was going to be liable? Please refund my money!!!!!
