Cancelled subscription- still got debit ordered
I cancelled my Netstar on the 13th of Jan with Thato. He confirmed it was cancelled. And today I have received a debit order. This is not on, I sold the car on the 13th and immigrated on the 20th. Please sort this out. I have emailed multiple times to which I’ve received no response. I can’t call again as it would cost me roaming charges as I now have a UK number.
