Cancelled contract - threatened with collection after 2 years

I have cancelled my contract with Netstar in 2016. Every few months Netstar threatens me with debt collection etc. for fees. I have spoken to many debt consultants, I have forwarded emails of my cancellation yet to no avail. Netstar still insists on bothering me with collection. This is the worst company to ever get involved with!
