CANCELLATION WOES

This business is incredibly inefficient and then we pay them to "protect" our assets. I cancelled my account with them in September 2020 after 4 years. I followed up the cancellation e-mail with a call to their call centre in Jan 2021 and a further e-mail in February 2021 and still they have not cancelled my account!! This is tantamount to theft!!
