Cancellation voice recordings

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled my membership with Altech Netstar in April and was told they writing off my balance.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 1st of May they debited R270.67, I called in on Monday spoke to Sibusiso asked him why Altech Netstar debited my account as I was advised the balance is written off? he advised when you cancel they still should debit the last instalment, I asked him why wasn’t I advised on the cancellation call and asked him why didn’t the cancellation department advise me about that? I asked him to listen to the voice recordings as the lady and gentlemen advised me my account is written off they did not mention any last instalment, Sibusiso advised he would call me back after listening to the voice recordings. I patiently waited for his call and he didn’t not call I don’t remember when I made the second call but I spoke to a lady and she assured me they would call me back to sort this out. Today I decided to call as no one got back to me, I spoke to Sibusiso he told me his still waiting for the voice recording I asked him why didn’t he call and advise me on every step he told me he was about to call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help I want the money refunded back to me as no one told me about the last instalment when i cancelled telephonically.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Dumisani</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
