Cancellation of your device

My husbands vehicle was written off on Friday 6-11-2020.Netstar advised that I agreed to a 36 month contract .I was under the impression it was a 24 month contract and have no issues paying this service for November and Decmeber even its not in use.I sent Netstar an email to *** on Friday the 13 November to cancel this devise as of the end December 2020 or transfer the device to my vehicle.Too date I have not received a response.I am not prepared to pay a full year for an item that is not being used.My knowledge of the NPA is that contracts are 24 and not 36 months.Where are the terms and conditions of this 36 month contract.Netstar you need to transfer this device to my vehicle or cancel from 30 December (one mon months notice)The account number is ***4
