Cancellation of subscription

Hi, <br> <br> I emailed Altech Netstar Go that I would like to cancel my subscription. A consultant called me who tried to retain me and sent me some documents, afterwards I was still not convinced and asked to cancel my subscription AGAIN. Now its the end of July and I can see my request has been ignored. I don't want to be subscribed to Altech Netstar Go because it's not useful for me.
