Cancellation of contract and my money back!

I have been trying to cancel my membership with this company for years now. Nothing has happened for 2 and a half years. The most recent was when I was told that they only have 2 people in charge of cancellations. These two guys have repeatedly ignored my mails *** and *** I was given their names after another attempt to cancel the membership in March. This is the worst company that I have ever seen and I want all my money back as they have never missed a date even though I tried reversing the debit orders. Useless! This company actually deserves no star at all
