Cancellation not done

No space for companies like this. I have been trying to cancel the Netstar that was installed in the demo that my husband purchased. We never signed for Netstar but they have been taking installments since 2010. Obviously there was a unit in the vehicle and when we bought it everything was transferred. Shocking that no feedback is every provided and you never hear back from them. Disgusted that companies get away with taking the consumer for a fool!
