Cancellation Ignored and Harassed by Debt Collectors

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Netstar. Despite having written confirmation of my subscription cancellation, they continue to deduct payments from my bank account for 2 months now. When I eventually reversed the unauthorized debit orders, they escalated the matter and handed me over to debt collectors. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and respect for customers.
