Cancellation did not take place

<p>I called the company and asked for the cancellation of my car tracker because i have sold the car, after cancelling i then notifed the bank to also cancel the debit order. after a month ago i recieved an sms telling me that i have been refered to the debt collectors since my debit order did not go through.number 1, when i call nestar they told me that my cancelletion does not appear on their system which means i need to pay whatever amount hydrid are telling me to pay otherwise i will be blacklisted and there is nothing they can d to help me because they do not have proof that i cancelled. what surpises me is that they did not even do a follow up why i did not make a payment but quickly and went to put me on debt collector. for the past 4 years i have been using tem i have never missed even on payment.</p>
