Cancellation department suck

Good day,

Today I would like to warn people against using netstar, as being a client for more than 5 years I have decided to move to Cartract for more for less money.

On the 12 August I phone Netstar informing them that I would like to cancel my netstar account. So the assistant advise met that she can cancel it for me but on the 1 Sep I would have to pay a premium for the month notes and they will then shut off the tracker on the 12 September. I argued that I will then sent the cancellation letter on the 30 of August paying on the 1 September for 1 month Notes period up to the 30 September .

So on the 30 September I cancel my Netstar and my husband cancel his account aswell via Email (Letter) using CS mailbox email address received email from them that this was forwarded to the cancelation department on the very same day. The 30 August 2021-

On the 1 October they have deducted again from my account. I went to the bank and revers the funds as I have sent cancelation and received email stating that it was sent to the cancellation department. Now they have handed me over on the 15 of October 2021 due to not paying cancelation fee. (Hybird Collections)

Phoning constantly even asking if I have paid the cancelation fee What ****ing cancelation fee…………… Month notes was given…………………………… If they do not do their work fire your employees and get a person who is willing to do the job……………………… Do not blame the customer……………………………………

Same story I will now take this matter to the ombudsman as I am sure this is not the correct way to treat customers.
