Cancellation Complaint

I need to cancel your service immediately. I am not happy with not receiving any assistance from you yet I communicated numerous times with your customer service. I sold my vehicle two months ago and still no one has contacted me about the location of my car, is your tracking service working? <br> <br> Yet the debit order goes through on time without fail every month, I am paying for something that I do not benefit from, you sent me from pillar to post when contacting you I am not a child. Can someone call me within the next 72 hours, someone who knows how to do their job.
