Cancellation and Refunds

I cancelled my contract with Altech on 1st April, was informed that the last debit order would come off 1st May, BUT they continued to deduct June, July & August. I have now been trying for 3 weeks to get my refund. I was told that the credit note would be passed and my refund would be in my bank within 7 working days....Day 11 still no money, once again I phone and was told the credit note was passed but it would now take another 21 days for the money to be returned...This is not good business, I left a message on the Altech web page on Thursday morning, received a reply saying a consultant will all me back immediately...4pm that afternoon I get a call, explain everything to this lady who then says she will get another consultant to call me back. Its now Monday morning and I have not had any return calls...This is disgusting, especially after they apologized for not cancelling on their side and they confirmed my cancellation calls and e-mail...
