cancellation

I requested a cancelation on my contract with you after 24 months which was the initial agreement and when I called I was told it was now 36 months and I asked for a recording to confirm this non of these *********** individuals can get me that proof for months now...they have tried debiting with 1600 and there was not enough funds and the bank retuned that debit order and charging me for that. now with out arranging with me they have done it again. I now want out of both contracts because I have been asking for proof that I did agree to a 36months and no one can provide that information.<br> <br> these individuals should learn how to treat clients. they act like they are the only tracking company in this country and the can do what ever with our contracts with them.<br> <br> if anyone will respond to this I do not wish to explain myself they should have the call recording and get all the emails I sent to this carin being and every team leader I spoke to<br> <br> netstar-go is has better and more professional personnel than them.
