Canceling a service

I had an accident and my car was written off.

I notified them and I have been getting collection calls from them. I tell them the same and ask them to cancel the contract as I dont have the car and no one is attending to my request.

Today I get an sms threatening to hand over an account that I have been asking them to close as I dont have the car they are tracking.

I am disappointing and horrified at their service.

I wouldn't recommend anyone signing up with them.
