Cancelation of the contract is problem to Altech Netstar

I had a worse experience ever with this company, last year I bought a new and sold the one i had and i told them to cancel the contract. they told me to pay i once off amount of R850.00 of which i did, then after a month again they told me that i still have an outstanding amount or R2500.00 for what now because they are not even servicing the car I sold to that person. worse part of them all they handed me over to the CreditWorx when i asked them to send me the statement they don't want to.

Altech is useless will never ever recommend anyone to them.
