Cancelation nightmare

Have you ever tried to cancel your tracker? Its a nightmare, I sold my previous vehicle and tried to get them to put a new unit in my new vehicle. They got my previous vehicle's info wrong and now they whant to charge me almost R700 to take the unit out of my previous vehicle and put in in the new one. There after I tried to cancel my subcription and none seems to be working there. I have been on hold for almost n hour!!!! This is the poorest service delivery I've seen in my Life!!!
