Cancelation gone wrong

I writing this with huge heavy heart from netstar tracker. I had car accident and my car was write off. I contacted netstar notifying them about my situation but few weeks after when i fallow it up and i found out that i need to pay cancelation fee and now im saying to them i bought another vehicle which i wnt them to put my old contract into new vehicle and I pay what is outstanding. But not pay settlement fee.
