Cancelation
Good day Had an contract with Dotsure. Dotsure had an agreement with Netstar so when I canceled with Dotsure I found out that I can not cancel cause I habe a 36 month contract with Netstar. That I have no idea I had. So if I now have to cancel I must pay over R2000 or stay. I don't Wana stay cause I never signed a contract or verbal with Netstar. I never gave them permission to draw money from my account. And since day 1 they never drawer money only Dotsure so where does Netcome from now. This is unacceptable and they are unprofessional. No manners when ther people call I'm so disappointed in them for their bad service

Yet no contract yet no recording just plain simple you just want money from me. I'm so disappointed in these people. Wow I'm amazed that they can sort it out here with same response someone gonna call you from that department really it's getting tireding to here.
How does this company operated. I'm leaving it to the Ombangsman no ways can I struggle so much cause of this company
