Cancel services, still get billed

My vehicle has been sold in July 2014.<br> I have cancelled my contract with Altech. <br> The service was cancelled immediately telephonically and via email as confirmation of the call. I was informed by the person that she will arrange the cancellation.<br> The following month the debit order still went through. I again contacted Altech and again the person said that he will follow up. I made again contact and was promised that they will refund me and cancel the debit order.<br> Still debit orders are going through every month. <br> I made again contact and the person informed me that the contract had indeed been cancelled. BUT....the debit order still went through this month. I also still heard nothing from their refund department. <br> I have to say that I will not recommend Altech as a service provider. Their delivery on promises is non existing. It seems to me if I look at the number of complaints listed on Hellopeter that this is a common thing. Surely this is unacceptable, does Altech have no pride in its service delivery. They are quick to sign you up on a contract, but what happen after that is disgusting and the worst service delivery I ever came across.
