Cancel one unit
<p>i have been a client of Netstar for as long as i can remember. I have always stayed loyal. I have tried for two years to upgrade one of my units. to date I am still waiting for a call and I keep calling. So if you dont value my Business why am I still with you? Now I decide to cancel one of my cars services and get told to speak to retentions. i have called netstar 4 times today. the call gets answered "Welcome to Netstar retentions..... and the music starts" and no one answers, eventually the call gets cut off. so tell me again why I should continue to use your services, if there is no one interested in retaining my business.......</p>
