Cancel Netstar

Altech Netstar's cancelations department just does not answer their phones. I have tried for months now to cancel my tracking device with them, but with no luck.<br> <br> I have emailed both [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] a few times with no response.<br> <br> If you call you always get through to an agent, but the moment you say you want to cancel your tracking device, they transfer your call to a black hole!!!
