CANCEL My subscription-Netstar-The app is NOT working but I pay every month. I want OUT!

with Netstar-The app is NOT working but I pay every month.

I have called several times, its either I wait over 25 min on the phone or nobody responds to my email. Netstar is very quick to sign you up for a subscription with their USELESS Tracking App then when you want out, It takes MONTHS... Why are you delaying to cancel my subscription ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS Since I called? No one is helping.

Please, can I get someone from NETSTAR to cancel my subscription? YOUR APP IS NOT WORKING! Overall I am not happy about your customer service.
