Cancel my account PLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I'm trying to do is cancel my account with this company, I receive reference numbers and no further communication. It was a bad start joining this company and a worse ending because they dragging it out. I want to move on with my life, I have bigger thing to worry about than horrible service from a tracking company when there are so many out there
