CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE

I had a tracking device that was installed by the dealership before I bought my car in 2015. Later that year I received a call from NETSTAR asking me if I would like to carry on with the device I said yes. This year I got involved in an accident and the car was written off. I called them to cancel I was told I would pay the cancellation of R276 and I did not mind, only to find that the debit order is R1100 and no one want to account for it, this is day light ******* and customer service from hell. Can someone man up and tell me what is going on. I can’t pay for you tracking the car I don’t have.
