Can we trust Netstar?

I did not receive any reaction from Netstar on a panic button today! And I have been waiting for more than a month and many written requests for technical support regarding all the false alarms on my vehicle. How can we trust Netstar to keep us safe ???? Do other people have the same experience with false alarms?
