CALLS ARE NEVER ANSWERED - STAFF MUST BE HAVING TEA OUTSIDE
They never answer their phones. DO NOT get into any tracking agreement with them - the amount of phone calls I have made is ridiculous. It is 10h30 in the morning and no one is picking up. Are they all having tea outside? My vehicle would be at another border at this point.
