BUNCH PF NONSENSE ********

I am SO SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING YOU people so the same damn thing! I am going to complain at Ombudsman cause this is RIDICULOUS!!!! I have paid that damn cancellation fee in July already!!! The the hell are you still debiting my account for? Last month YOU DID THE SAME THING!!!!!I WANT MY REFUND NOW! Today. Fix you **** because this is the second month you debit me incorrectly!! I’m tired of calling for the same thing each month. I WANT MY MONEY TODAY, don’t give me that 7-14 days **** cause I waited the whole September for my refund and now you debit AGAIN!
