Bunch of ******
I have a contract with Netstar since 2015. In 2017 I took out a new contract on my Mercedes Benz. The car got involved in an accident in June 2022. Netstar debited me for that car until March 2023 when I wanted to take out a new contract on a new car I bought. Alarm bells were raised when I realized that I'm paying too much for 1 car. I phoned the whole of May being taken from pillar to post. Eventually I was called and told that in the recordings I never asked for a cancelation so they can't refund me my premiums. I left it cause what can you negotiate with ******. I got another vehicle in May. I phoned again and asked that they cover the new vehicle and cancel the previous vehicle. To my surprise June and July I was being debited for the same car and the additional vehicle. And throughout these debit orders I keep calling and calling. Then today I wake up they debited an R772. As usual I phoned again and was told it's for the cancelation of the other contract. So I'm being made to loose money because of the mistakes done by the agents at Netstar? And all one gets is a sorry? Their retentions department is dead and ***********. Pertaining to my Mercedes it was 6 years into a 36 months contract. No one phoned me at ant point to ask if I'm still alive or is the car still with me. As long as they can debit your account it's cool. Please do your research before getting involved with Netstar. I'm living with a lot of regret since I started working with them. I've even stopped referring my clients to them.
