breach of Contract

<p>good day.</p> <p>my Vihecle reg. number is HRB 577 EC</p> <p>I have tracker with Altech Netstar through SASFIN Finance and i requested Netstar in the past 2 or 3 weeks to provide access to be able to know the whereabouts of the vehicle after so many emails i was provided with the log in and pin to access the movement of my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the same day i received my username and pin i notice my username was incorrectly created as MR SH THAT instead of being MR SH MALI. it's been more than 2 or 3 weeks now without any assistance from Netstar staff now am considering cancelling my contract due to the breach of contract and poor service and ignorite from Netstar staff or lack of training.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
