Bogus Netstar

0n the 04 of February 2026 called miway insurance for a quote regarding the new car. I took a policy sameday . They required tracker to be installed. Since, I have one with Net ******* . I told them link me with Net ******* to do De and Reinstallation. I have been getting calls from Miway regarding the tracker fitment. Net ******* doesn't was to come and install. Net ******* took a month just to install tracker on the 10 March 2026 , that's when they decided to come install. 14h00 thats when the technician arrives. Initial appointment 09h00 am. What a headache. Only after fighting with Miway. I wonder why Miway is still doing business with this Bogus company. I wonder if they will recover my car if it get ******. One month recovery period. Thats how they work.

On Tuesday 17th I get a call from Net ******* regarding the installation of Recovery Warranty nonsense. Made an appointment for 18 Wednesday 2026. I had to cancel all my plans. Received the call earlier in the morning regarding my address, gave the person my address. Waited the whole day. Didn't pitch. I get the call the next day. I gave the time frame of my availability 13h00, waited again. 17h00 I get a call from call center, technician claimed to be calling me. What a bull****. I guess it's another month of waiting as usual.

MY ADVICE TO SOUTH AFRICAN DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU A BOX OF PANADOS AND GRAND PA. I REGRET USING THEM . JUST WAITING FOR THE CONTRACT TO FINISH.
