Billing the wrong Person

I was phoned in June, July and again in August being accused of owing money for a tracker that to my knowledge, was never fitted to my car and a contract that I had never taken out. I was told on each occassion that there is a voice recording with me taking out a contract which I then asked to hear. On each occassion I was told that the recording will be played back to me within a day, and yet this was never done \as there is NO recoding with my voice".<br> I suppose that I will keep getting harrassed by these calls on a monthly basis and the charges will keeping getting added to my name for a contract I dont have.<br> It does not seem this company has any idea on what they are doing and where to use their resourses correctly."""
