Beyond pathetic service

If only I could give you no star !!!As I’m writing this I can swear in all kinds of languages. Netstar you have no compassion for a women sitting in the cold waiting on your technician to assist. Been waiting since the 12:30pm for a technician and when he supposedly did come out he ended up at KFC whereby I was clear I’m at Engen. Regardless if you didn’t reach me on my phone, you could have Drive just next door to Engen, and I was more than specific with my location. It’s 19:30pm I’m still waiting for assistance from Netstar, so if you can leave a women stranded in this day and age than it’s clear you don’t carry your customers best interest at heart. After multiple calls and venting my frustrations the technician is still on his way. When I requested if they can assist the following day it was advice that they fully booked and I should wait. Netstar your service is beyond pathetic!!!! Seems I will have to wait another few hours
