Best place for horrible service!

This is such a disappointing experience.

I should have reviewed and read prior reports. First for women and Netstar have honestly not shown any type of customer assistance and service.

I raised a complaint and was moved from pillar to post and eventually nothing we can do.

Netsar first have have been deducting my account wrongfully. I raised this with no assistance

The absolute nightmare of cancelling and being told well that’s just how it is. I am now stuck with them for the period even though the contract is between FFW and Netstar.

Horrible horrible service from a lady called Modiehi.I hope I got that right. She was so gleeful in letting me know and even giggled because she knew nothing would happen .
