Be Aware of Netstar Upgrades!

After upgrade of systems on 13 July, nothing worked, could not track my cars on Profleet of MY NETSTAR APP- several calls , e-mails and 6 days later the same. Not even the panic buttons work@! I am desperate, signed a 2 - year contract and simply the tracking system is not tracking any of my fleet - calls to call centres absolutely pointless, have been on the phone with 9 different people - sent more that 6 e-mails, I am not sure how to sort this out??
