Bank account debited 6 months after cancellation

Good day <br> <br> I have cancelled the services of Altech Netstar 7 months ago. 6 months later my bank account is still being debited and I have sent several emails to have this resolved and to get my refund. I have been sent from pillar to post and my emails have been ignored - received read receipts for all emails and delivery notifications.<br> <br> The people that have assisted are not getting back to me after having sent several emails - Mdu Ningiza, Renette Ellis and Siphiwe Zwane.<br> <br>
