Bad tracker and their service

Yesterday on the 24th November 2022 they fitted a tracker in my car and when I drive out of the gate the car cutter and took it back thinking that it's fuel and after that the alarm kept beeping the whole night and it doesn't wanna start anymore then when I call them they tell me that I must wait for tomorrow whereas my business is stopped and even requested bolt to fetch my kids at school
