Bad to worst no service then join altech netstar

Altech netstar gives the worst service ever and is a waist of time joining I am very dissapointed in wasting my time with them. I joined first for women and then added them . They were quick putting the divice into my car but after selling that car and buying a new one and canseling my policy with first for women Altech's service disappeared with the old car. Trying to phone then on the call centre number you can do as manytimes as you want you dont get hold of anyone to talk to sending emails wont get you far either but taking your money for a device you dont have because you cant get hold of them to change the device into the new car is quick. So because I couldnt get hold of them to move the device I canceled my debit order in the hope they will call me and maby then I will get service from them they still dont call but they send you sms to call the legol department.. the are simply pethatic!!!! So please maby helo peter can help me sorting out this mess cause I will pay the money that I stoped but I refuse to pay a device that someone else is using!!!!!
