Bad system/ service

Unfortunately, there is no option for a half star rating, because that is honestly what this service deserves. I have been with your company for less than a year, and I am already fed up with the excuses and poor service. When I first reported that the app was not providing accurate data, I was told the installed unit was faulty and a technician was scheduled to inspect it. The system only worked properly on the day it was checked, and then the same problem returned. When I reported the issue again, I was told that the app's performance depends on the reception in my area and that poor reception affects the app. This explanation does not make sense, especially when the service is being marketed as reliable and accessible. I have repeatedly contacted your emergency line, where consultants claim to reset the system. It works temporarily and then quickly goes back to the same problem. I specifically pay for this package so that I can access and rely on the app whenever needed, but that has proven impossible. What is even more frustrating is that every consultant seems to provide the exact same scripted explanation, regardless of the issue. Instead of resolving customer concerns, it feels like customers are being given excuses. I have requested cancellation because the service I am paying for is not being delivered, yet I am immediately told about cancellation fees. It feels as though customers are being locked into a contract while receiving a substandard service. You are very quick to increase prices and process debits, but the quality and reliability of the system do not match what customers are paying for. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
