BAD SERVICES EVER

Bad service at higher degree. Legal department of netstar the need to go back to school . I never experience such bad service in my hole life. The send my acount with them to legal department without letting me know that the are not getting the monthy premiums. We made arrange payments those payment where paid accordingly i corparate with them .After the arrangement was paid in full but their didn't up tade the systems or communicate with each.not i got a call the I'm owing the from the legal department again. I call netstar asking them what is going on. Netstar representative i will go back and fone out what happen and call you before the end of bussines. No call me until a week leter. I called again and spoke to phumzile . Phumzile said me the person who is handling my account is besy the i wanted. After the 2 minutes wait i was transferred to sternly and Stanley he did not have en idea what im talking it was the first time hearing about about my compain and my issues. So i had to cancel my services with them because their dont care about clients.
