Bad service provider

My car was fitted with nestar tracker through auto and general for commercial and along was their agreement and auto and general was paying for the device from February 2023 , I later July canceled the insurance .now I'm surprised to see the Nestar debit order in my account of R79 without my authorization . I called them today 2 sep 2023 asking why are you debiting my account coz I never had agreement with you hence auto and general was responsible .they said that auto and general entered into 3 year contract with you on the device ,I'm responsible for the payment going forth .

Nestar services are ****s , I can't reverse my debit order now ,and forced to pay for something I never agreed to . That was their agreement between auto and general and nestar ,since auto and general wanted to calculate kilometers driven monthly .I have my own tracking device ,now I'm subjected to a tracking device that I never signed for.

Nestar is no go area , very rotten to core , which tracking company that can debit your account without your approval or debit check .my money is taken just like that.

If u reverse the debit order it becomes.Impossible , run away from Nestar tracker ****
