Bad service overall

Worst tracking company ever. My car was ****** and I was called daily to tell me they are still tracking the vehicle after SAP found the car within 2 hours. I then cancelled the service and am now being hounded by their collections company for money which they owe me. You battle to get any response from the customer service department - All that gets done is you receive case number after case number or when you call they tell you to call to every department in the company because nobody knows how to help and they cant transfer your call to the department
