Bad service Netstar

We have paid our account on the 7th of September in full and send a cancellation letter, but we are still getting mails from nudebt. I send everything through to a Nomsa. In the three years we had the account we were not satisfied once.

They always had a problem with our payment. Even if we send the proofs of payment they still not allocate the payments correct.
