Bad service from netstar go

Cancellation done 3 times waiting for last 5 months but they still take money from my account they finally say it's done an only give me a refund of R36 just over half the amount I pay for a month.still waiting for response.i also had the same problem with the tracking devices they where double debiting my account only to finally stop it but they never refund me but I did not pay for month due to the over charge.
